Welcome to MilkTeeth Dental (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://milkteethdental.co.uk (“Site”) and all services provided through it, including children’s dental treatment packages arranged as part of health tourism between Turkey and the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

1. Definitions

“Service(s)” refers to any dental consultation, treatment plan, travel coordination, or health tourism assistance provided through our Site.
“Client” or “You” refers to the individual (or parent/guardian of the child) booking or receiving our services.
“Clinic” refers to the dental clinic in Turkey where treatments are performed.
“Treatment Package” refers to a bundle of services including consultation, treatment, transfers, and accommodation (if applicable).
“Booking” means the confirmed reservation of services after payment is received.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 We facilitate children’s dental treatments through our partner clinics in Turkey, providing complete service coordination — including travel, accommodation, and treatment planning.

2.2 The services may include (depending on the selected package):

Initial consultation and dental examination
Treatment planning
Airport transfers and local transportation
Accommodation arrangements
Dental treatment at a partner clinic
Post-treatment care and follow-up

2.3 We act as an intermediary between clients and partner clinics. The medical services themselves are provided directly by licensed dental professionals in Turkey.

2.4 We are not a medical institution and do not provide dental procedures ourselves.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 A booking becomes valid only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

3.2 Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods listed on our Site.

3.3 Prices are displayed in GBP (£) or EUR (€) and may be subject to currency exchange variations.

3.4 Full payment must be completed before treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.5 If payment is not received within the specified time, the booking may be cancelled without notice.

4. Cancellation, Amendments, and Refunds

4.1 Clients may cancel their booking within 14 days of confirmation to receive a refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.

4.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time before the scheduled treatment:

More than 30 days before: full refund (minus admin fee)
15–30 days before: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before: non-refundable

4.3 If a clinic or doctor becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide suitable alternatives or offer a full refund.

4.4 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 While we ensure that all partner clinics are qualified and regulated, we cannot guarantee specific medical results or outcomes.

5.2 All dental procedures are performed by independent clinics and dentists. We are not responsible for any medical negligence, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from treatment.

5.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and following post-treatment care instructions.

5.4 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including travel costs, accommodation, or loss of income.

5.5 Travel insurance and health coverage are the responsibility of the client.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Before any treatment, clients (or guardians) will be required to provide accurate medical information and sign an Informed Consent Form.

6.2 We comply with data protection and confidentiality requirements under UK GDPR and Turkish Data Protection Law.

6.3 All treatments are conducted in certified clinics using approved materials and hygiene standards.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All text, images, videos, designs, and logos on this Site are owned by or licensed to MilkTeeth Dental.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

8.1 Our Site may include links to third-party websites (clinics, hotels, transport providers, etc.). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8.2 Your interactions with third-party providers are solely between you and them, under their own terms.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
